Steven Higgins

Dr. Steven Higgins was a specialist physician, cardiac electrophysiology (heart arrhythmias) for over 35 years until he retired in 2019 and moved to the Low Country. He quickly realized how wonderful the wildlife and scenery is here. Since then, he has devoted his time and efforts to photography.
