Carol C. Hartley

Carol works in oil, pastel, and photography. She holds a BFA in Fine Art from Swain School of Design in Massachusetts and is a Certified Art Educator in the State of Georgia.
Coastal Georgia has been her home for many years and continues to inspire her paintings and photographs.

Carol is the Chairperson of the Savannah Art Association Gallery at the Savannah-Hilton Head Airport and a member of Arts on the Coast in Richmond Hill. She has exhibited in the Chippewa Art Gallery, Alligator Soul Restaurant in Savannah, and the Arts on the Coast Gallery in Richmond Hill, GA.
